Mavromatis Employment Bureau is seeking to hire on behalf of its clients- hotels and restaurants in Cyprus - experienced candidates for the job position of bartenders for the season of 2021.

Responsibilities & Duties
Preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Interact with customers, take orders and serve  side dishes
Evaluate customer needs and preferences
Recommend Beverages
Cocktail preparation
Organization of the bar
Providing excellent customer service
Compliance with regulations and practices

Requirements
Previous working experience in similar position
Excellent knowledge of English
Be familiar with electronic ordering systems
An outgoing personality
Communication skills
The ability to work well in a team
Tact and diplomacy for dealing with difficult situations
Numeracy
Physical fitness and stamina
A good memory
Reliability
