Mavromatis Employment Bureau LTD on behalf of its client- 5 & 4 star Hotels in Cyprus is seeking to hire candidates for the position of Housekeeper A for the season of 2020.

Responsibilities & Duties

Assign Guest Rooms and Common Areas to Housekeeping Staff
Inspect Rooms and Common Areas for Cleanliness
Hire, Train, and Discipline Housekeeping Staff
Order Cleaning Supplies
Create Employee Schedules
Give Regular Reports to Senior Hotel Management
 
Requirements

Previous experience in similar position in 5 star hotels (at least 3-5 years)
Very good knowledge of English and Greek, knowledge of other languages is considered an additional qualification
Leadership and team supervision skills beyond the specialized technical knowledge of cleaning & care of the hotel premises
Ensuring the application of the standards in all rooms
Keeping the rules concerning health and safety and knowledge of the company's practices
Communication skills
Management skills
